Serving our Shirehampton community, as well as the wider Bristol area, we are here to support you at this difficult time. With professional funeral services from a locally recognised name, we will provide you with the best in funeral care.
Previously known as Stenner & Hill, our funeral directors, here in Shirehampton, will guide you through the funeral arrangement process, making sure you can pay your respects to your loved one in the way you choose. We are here to advise, as well as organise, so that any aspects regarding the funeral you are uncertain of can be explained and, where necessary, your mind put at rest. Our funeral services
We offer the choice of three funeral options. The Attended Funeral, which you can tailor to however you wish to say goodbye to your loved one; the Unattended Funeral, which provides a dignified cremation, but without a service or mourners; and The Bristol Funeral, which also offers an unattended cremation but with a service held at one of the beautiful venues available in our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.

Everybody was lovely from our first phone call to Mums funeral. We met A first and she helped steer us through those difficult decisions you have to make. A was gentle and kind with us and very patient with our indecisiveness. We didn’t feel hurried at all and felt we were in a safe pair of hands. I also dealt with M and he was equally helpful, kind and patient. We were able to get Mums funeral just as we wanted it, we were listened to, understood and nothing was too much trouble. Michael was particularly good. He knew his stuff and made my sister and I feel at ease. My dad needed a wheelchair on the day of the funeral and nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff fun attendance .

They were extreemly welcoming. After traffic issues making us very late, they welcomed us even putting bowl of water for our dog. They explained everything clearly and listened to everything we had to say. We were extreemly pleased with the order of service, and the whole funeral service altogether. I was immediately impressed at the professionalism and caring attitude of the same member of staff who saw the funeral through from start to finish. My mother had the foresight to purchase a funeral plan from Age UK many years ago and she reached 102 before we needed to make use of it. Age UK's partner, Dignity, appointed a local company, Stenner & Hill, to make the arrangements for Mum's cremation and I am happy to say that they gave excellent service. They made contact quickly and explained exactly what Mum's plan covered, liaised with the Minister who conducted the service and organised our chosen flower arrangement, the Order of Service and the recordings of the hymns that Mum herself had chosen. We had one point of contact from the start and the family are very pleased and grateful for the help and guidance he provided throughout. I am happy to recommend Dignity and particularly Stenner & Hill as an excellent firm of Funeral Directors.

I wish there were more stars than 5! Michael and Tracey have been absolutely incredible in sorting out my nans funeral. Any request they were on hand and able to help me, I feel like nothing was too much and every request was happily answered.
