There is a free car park opposite our funeral home, available for up to three hours, along with on-street parking available for up to one hour.
Our funeral services
We offer the choice of three funeral options. The Attended Funeral, which you can tailor to however you wish to say goodbye to your loved one; the Unattended Funeral, which provides a dignified cremation, but without a service or mourners; and The Bristol Funeral, which also offers an unattended cremation but with a service held at one of the beautiful venues available in our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.

The service was beyond professional it was outstanding.I felt that the staff were an extension of my family especially in the caring of my wife in the Chapel of rest. From the moment I stepped through the door of R DAVIES to arrange my sisters funeral , I couldn’t fault the service I received from Shaun and his staff in the care, understanding, attention to detail and helping the family to have the funeral we wanted for my sister. This service continued up to and included the day of the funeral . I didn’t have to worry about any details as I knew that it would be covered. Professional, kind and so thoughtful. From the first contact and throughout the experience we felt confident that everything was being handled with quiet calm efficiency, and even in these difficult and restrictive times with many new rules, our funeral plans were utterly taken care of. The service during and on the day really was first class, not something that is easy to write a review about, but the distress and worry about the event was completely taken from our hands, giving us the necessary space to keep going. The team are seamless, and worked together to get everything ready at very short notice, just so kind. Having used R Davies in the past for my Father in Laws funeral which was perfectly handled, I had no hesitation in asking them to arrange my Mothers funeral. We were taken through all the steps at a pace which suited us and kept fully informed via phone/email as to how things were progressing. This was the first time I have been involved in a funeral, but I was so glad that myself and my wife took out a funeral plan with Dignity a few years ago. My first contact with R.Davies was the phone call I never wanted to make, but it had to be done. I made an appointment and met Shaun he made it so easy for me to make arrangements for my wife and they would looked after her. The staff at R Davies, Westbury Hill was so professional and supportive to me and my family at this sad time in our lives, if I could give more than 5 stars it would be doubled.

The staff were respectful, thoughtful and empathetic assisting with Mum’s funeral. The funeral went smoothly and we gave Mum a dignified send off. My sister and I created a few personal touches for the funeral and we were grateful for the slide show playing on a loop in the background.
