From the moment we phoned to book an appointment, to after the funeral, all we can say as a family is that Rachel (and all at R Davies Bishopsworth) went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Every little gesture and detail. Even follow ups with checking on us that we were doing ok. You never think of leaving a funeral director a review, but in this instance, it goes without saying. They weren’t just compassionate, understanding and professional throughout. They genuinely cared. And that meant so much to us. Rachel, we honestly couldn’t have made it through that journey without your support. For such a difficult job to have, you are a true credit to the service. I can only imagine the amount of comfort you have personally provided families like ours, such an empathetic, kind and genuine person. Thank you for caring for Mum for us. The team at Gloucester Road were very helpful and professional in all dealings for my sister's funeral. They helped make a stressful situation a little more bearable.

We first used this branch 15 years ago and the standard of service is still exceptional. We have also used the South Bristol branches and can honestly say we would highly recommend this company.
